Tripadvisor just announced that Las Vegas has been ranked as the number one most popular U.S. destination that Americans plan to visit this fall. While there are many fun and exciting things to do in Las Vegas this fall, below are a few suggestions for any fall travel roundups.
What’s new
- The Bedford by Martha Stewart – Martha Stewart’s first restaurant just opened – fans and foodies alike can get a taste at Paris Las Vegas
- The Palms is back after reopening Summer 2022, they’re in full swing and their popular Ghostbar with famed Strip views is now open to the public .
- Bally’s is currently undergoing a full transformation to Horseshoe Las Vegas, set to be complete by the end of the year. The transformation will include a renovated exterior, new entertainment and food and beverage options, and a reimagined casino floor and public areas.
- Perception Las Vegas, a new museum for immersive and high-tech digital art installations, debuts June 10 on the Las Vegas Strip with the world premiere of Leonardo: The Universal Man. Chronicling the life and works of Leonardo da Vinci, one of history’s greatest thinkers, the hour-long, three-part journey will transport guests into the mind of the Renaissance master. da Vinci changed the perception of humankind through his visionary ideas, science and art. - The ENGLish Hotel – The English Hotel is age 21+ with 74- guest rooms, new upscale boutique hotel featuring The Pepper Club by celebrity chef Todd English. Located in the Arts District of Las Vegas, this eclectic, Instagram-able spot comes complete with celebrity-chef room.
What’s vintage & retro
- Atomic Liquors: Serving Vegas since 1952, this Freemont Street institution is the oldest freestanding bar in Las Vegas with the first ever liquor license granted in the city. Barbara Streisand, the Rat Pack, and Clint East were notable figures here.
- Golden Gate Hotel & Casino: Hailed as Las Vegas’ “most historic” hotel, the downtown property has stood the test of time since opening as Hotel Nevada in 1906. For a look into the past, stay in one of the “Original 10” rooms that date back to the hotel’s opening 116 years ago.
- The Golden Steer Steakhouse: This upscale eatery opened in 1958 and quickly became the go-to of major names like Muhammad Ali, Frank Sinatra, and Sammy Davis Jr.

- Little Church of the West: Las Vegas’ first chapel opened in 1942 and married famous and fictional couples alike, including Elvis and Ann Margret for 1964’s “Viva Las Vegas.”

- Neon Museum: The museum collects and restores vintage neon signs and marquees in their “Neon Boneyard.” Visitors can see classic signs like The Silver Slipper, Binion’s Horseshoe, The Stardust, and more.
- Mob Museum: Housed inside a former federal courthouse, the museum takes visitors through the innerworkings of the mob and chronicles the mob’s impact on Las Vegas, from famed gangsters like Bugsy Siegel to former mob lawyer and Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman.
- Seven Magic Mountains – Internationally renowned Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone’s Seven Magic Mountains is a large-scale site-specific public art installation located near Jean Dry Lake and Interstate 15, approximately ten miles south of Las Vegas, Nevada. Comprised of seven towers of colorful, stacked boulders standing more than thirty feet high, they are a creative expression of human presence in the desert, Seven Magic Mountains punctuates the Mojave with a poetic burst of form and color.
- Area 15 – The world’s first experiential art and entertainment complex, opened in Las Vegas in Sept. 2020. Located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, the new 40,000-square-foot complex offers immersive activations, monumental art installations, activations, unique retail, ground-breaking technology, bars, eateries and much more.
