Florida average rent prices
With Florida playing the role of seasonal getaway for the rich and famous, it isn’t hard to find astronomically high rent prices. But between some of the state’s more inaccessibly glitzy area codes are far more modest, affordable communities which help to balance the average rent profile.
A one-bedroom apartment will cost an average of $1,609, down about half a percent from last year.
The cheapest cities in Florida for renters
While many Floridians prefer central locations in relation to the action, it’s not for everyone. With a little due diligence, a wise renter would be able to find some of the state’s most affordable housing just outside those areas.
