As part of a more than $800 million investment announced for 2025, aimed at strengthening its fleet, enhancing service, and expanding business-class routes, Avianca and its loyalty program LifeMiles are unveiling three new premium spaces for travelers at Bogotá’s El Dorado Airport. These areas will expand service offerings and elevate comfort with personalized attention during the second half of the year.
Elite members and premium travelers will have access to the exclusive Insignia Check-In, a dedicated space designed for Insignia passengers as well as Diamond and Concierge members. Specialized agents will provide personalized assistance from the start of their journey, including baggage handling, itinerary changes or adjustments, program inquiries, upgrades, and other benefits.
As part of this effort, Avianca and LifeMiles have invested in renovating the Avianca Diamond International Lounge and opening the new Avianca Diamond Domestic Lounge at El Dorado Airport. These spaces are designed to provide greater comfort, exclusivity, and a premium experience at every stage of the journey.
