Say Goodbye to Plastic
A Survival Guide for Plastic-Free Living

If you’ve heard of the plastic-free lifestyle, but think you don’t have time for it in your busy life, prepare to be delightfully wrong. Say Goodbye to Plastic shows you how, whether you’re seeking to knock plastic out of your life or just try out a few novel eco-hacks, you’ll learn how to go joyfully plastic-free in the kitchen, bathroom, office, dining room and more.

As a plastic pollution activist and founder of ECOlunchbox, Sandra Ann Harris invites us in her book, which is part memoir, part inspirational ode to the ocean and packed with how-to tips to say goodbye to plastic. Marcus Eriksen, Executive Director of the 5 Gyres Institute calls the book “the practical guidance we all need to transform consumerism to align with our values about how we treat each other and the world around us.”

The foreword, written by Dianna Cohen, the CEO of Plastic Pollution Coalition, gives perspective to the plastic pollution movement and frames it within the current environmental and racial justice movement unfolding worldwide. Jeff Delkin, Founder of Bambu, believes Say Goodbye to Plastic is “an important book at an important time.”

Opportunities abound in every room of our homes to simplify our lives by re-thinking our wasteful habits—we just need to learn to recognize them. Say Goodbye to Plastic is uplifting and inspirational, giving the reader a can-do attitude and actionable information. It makes a great gift for the sustainability-conscious and perfect for everyone–teens, grads, parents, families.
