Relivra enters the conversation around persistent pain from a measured and responsible position. It does not promise solutions or shortcuts, but instead offers structured support grounded in daily experience and personal agency.
The relevance of this launch lies in its restraint. By positioning AI as a companion rather than an authority, Paindrainer AB acknowledges the complexity of living with persistent pain and the importance of supporting individuals without overstepping clinical boundaries.

The new digital companion introduces voice‑enabled, AI‑driven support for everyday wellbeing
MEDICON VILLAGE, LUND, SWEDEN –
Paindrainer AB today announces the launch of Relivra, a unique AI-powered digital companion designed to support individuals living with persistent pain. The product offers a self-paced, interactive learning experience built on established behavioural scientific and clinical principles.
Relivra is built on an agentic AI model, combining a conversational large language model (LLM) with our proprietary Neural Network (ANN), and a structured educational program to provide users with ongoing guidance and support, available 24/7.
Inspired by principles from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relivra creates a dynamic and personalized experience that supports users in reflecting on their habits, planning daily activities, and exploring strategies for navigating everyday challenges for a better well-being. Through guided reflections, practical prompts, and adaptive conversations, the app encourages users to build awareness and develop supportive routines over time. The underlying technology is the previously clinically evaluated ANN powering Paindrainers other products.
“With the launch of Relivra, we are shaping the future of how digital tools can support individuals living with persistent pain. We believe the next generation of digital tools will be defined by how well they engage individuals in their everyday lives, helping them stay motivated, reflect, and take meaningful steps over time. Relivra represents our commitment to building experiences that people want to return to, and that can grow with them over time. Powered by the same model architecture we used in other products, now developed for Relivra we continue to grow our company” says Erik Frick, CEO Paindrainer AB.
Relivra can be downloaded on iOS and Android devices via the Apple App Store and Google Play.
