Mau y Ricky Release Long Awaited Album ‘Desgenerados Mixtape’

Multi-platinum award-winning duo Mau y Ricky release long awaited album, Desgenerados Mixtape. The project features collaborations with Maria Becerra, CNCO, Eladio Carrion, Justin Quiles, Zion & Lennox, and more. The album additionally includes the duo’s current single “Manos Frias” with Reik and Beéle, currently in its second week at #1 at Pop radio and #2 General in Venezuela and #2 at Pop radio in Mexico.

Alongside the album release, Mau y Ricky also dropped a music video for album focus track “Ex” featuring Argentinian singer La Joaqui and produced by Andrés Torres and Mauricio Rengifo, most famously known for producing mega hit “Despacito.” The single received the cover of Spotify playlists New Music Friday Latin and Novedades Viernes, the cover of playlist Puro Pop on Apple Music and billboards in Times Square NYC with both Spotify and YouTube.The song details the feeling of getting over an ex by finding someone new and exciting. The duo temporarily lived in Argentina while filming La Voz and constantly heard their songs being remixed in cumbia, resulting in them wanting to create a cumbia song of their own.
