Frias Presents will bring the 90s Corridos Tour to Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, on Nov. 7, spotlighting a lineup of Regional Mexicano artists widely recognized for shaping the corridos movement of the 1990s and early 2000s.
The event will be led by several of the genre’s most prominent figures. Lupillo Rivera, known for his powerful voice and widespread success across banda and corridos, has remained one of the most recognizable names in Regional Mexicano music for decades. Jorge Gamboa brings a strong catalog rooted in traditional corridos and classic regional sounds, earning him a loyal following throughout the genre’s classic era. Dueto Voces del Rancho is known for their signature harmonies and contributions to the ranchera and corrido sound that defined the period.
The lineup also includes Rogelio Martínez, recognized for his long-standing influence in norteño and corrido music, as well as El Chalinillo, Leonel El Ranchero, El Halcón de la Sierra, and El Narquillo, each representing different regional styles that contributed to the evolution of corridos during that era.
Hosting the evening is Pepe Garza, a radio personality and influential figure in Regional Mexicano music known for his role in developing and supporting artists across multiple generations. He currently hosts the podcast Pepe’s Office. Content creator Taco El Flako will join him as co-host.
The “90s Corridos Tour” brings together artists associated with the genre’s formative years, highlighting its continued influence and cultural presence within Regional Mexicano music today.
